Professional Mediator, Founder/Director of IMPADA
(International Movement for Peace and Dignity for All)
B.S. in Psychology 2015
Professional Mediator since 1993
IMPADA provides training that includes the basics of predatory leadership and pathocracy*, and teaches members to become trainers themselves. In addition, members will learn how to facilitate brainstorming circles to address issues of interest to members. Elements of the training include communication, mediation, problem solving, conflict management and facilitation techniques.
As the program expands, trainers recruiting and training new trainers has the potential to expland into an international movement that prepares people to recognize the early signs of predatory leadership and make better choices in regard to personal and professional relationships, and leadership choices throughout all aspects of society.
*Pathocracy (n). A system of government created by a small pathological minority that takes control over a society of normal people (from Political Ponerology: A Science on the Nature of Evil Adjusted for Political Purposes, by Andrew Lobaczewski)
